Casa “Mi Paisito” is a house with two apartments. The one bedroom apartment is on the second floor, comes a private entrance and has all that you expect from a comfortable rental home.

Enjoy the breathtaking sunset on the Pacific Ocean from the spacious covered terrace with several sitting areas and hammock. Take a dip in the private pool, only steps away from your door. Here you can observe the small Mot-mots (Los Guarda Barrancos) – the National Bird of Nicaragua, Hummingbirds and listen to the Howler Monkeys.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood only 2 km north of San Juan del Sur overlooking Nacascolo bay, where several activities are offered, as there are stand up paddleboards, horseback riding, Volleyball, swimming, fishing, live music and boon fires in the evening at the restaurant and small convenient store.

You will find a fully equipped kitchenette to cook your best seafood feast and a nice living area to watch TV or relax.

The bedroom has one Queen Size Bed and the convertible sofa in the living room, where a third person could sleep if needed.
