CASA EL MARINERO

Casa El Marinero is located in a quiet area, less than 2 km from the center of San Juan del Sur and about 4 km from the Surf beaches north. The house is on a big property all fenced in, that’s why we considder certain pets. It is just right for a small family. The open concept of the Livingroom-kitchen-dining-area gives plenty space to hang out and enjoy a deliciouse meal. The BBQ convinient for your use and the pool is very refreshing.

Bavaria Pequeña (Little Bavaria) is a small neighborhood with individually homes. It is very close to the gated comunity Pacific Marlin and the Jesus of Mercy Outlook on the hill, which is a very nice morning hike. The location is great, only 10 walking minutes (1 km) to the next convinience store. If you don’t choose to rent a car or motor bike, other transportation is available. You can use the local bus, taxi and low cost or free shuttles to some of the popular Surf and tourist destinations around. We have several Travel agents, which can take you to any place you want in Nicaragua.

We have two little convenience stores on Chocolata Road (NIC 72), so you don’t need to go to town for small shopping’s. If you need too, there is the Supermarket PALI, the local market for fruit , veggies and cloth, the Saturday farmers market for home made goods and all the small stores and street wenders in town additional to the Spa’s, Yoga, Gym, restaurant’s and bar’s. San Juan del Sur has Art Galleries and even a small Casino.
