CASA MARIPOSA

Casa Mariposa (Butterfly) is located in a very peaceful neighborhood called Bavaria Pequeña and is designed for privacy. It is a great vacation gateway for you, your family or friends, only about a 2 km walk to the center of San Juan del Sur.

All bedrooms have A/C, fans and open up to the pool/ patio area to get the right open-air feeling.
The living- dining- kitchen area opens up to the pool as well and to the terrace to enjoy those great sunsets, that San Juan del Sur is famous for.

The Master bedroom with Queen Bed has a big walk in closet and a nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. Wake up in the morning and jump directly in the fresh pool.

The two other bedrooms are also comfortable with Full size beds and a shared bathroom with shower, which also is accessible from the pool site.

Our biggest room is a great combination of entertaining, enjoying a nice fresh meal on the big dining table and preparing your own seafood feast in the well equipped kitchen, if you don’t feel, like going out. There is also an outdoor grill available.

From the terrace, you are looking over the neighbor home to Nacascolo Bay, north from San Juan del Sur Bay. This is the right place to watch this spectacular Sunsets with a fabulous drink and to listen in the morning to the Howler monkeys from the hillside and having your coffee.

This neighborhood connect to “Chocolata” Road, what makes our location so suitable for the most of tourists in all seasons. We are only 4 km to the surf and swim beaches to the north and less than 2 km walking distance to town with all this great Restaurants, shopping possibilities, surf shops, boat-, car-, motorbike-, quad bike rentals etc. But if you still want to rent a car, the house has a double garage to park it.
