Condo at San Juan del Sur Beachfront

This apartment is located in a very exclusive Beachfront property in San Juan del Sur named “Condominium La Talanguera. It has a magnificent view of the ocean and only 15-minute walk to town along the beach to amazing restaurants, surf shops, yoga, bars, rentals of cars, dune buggies, dirt bikes or scooters, horses, shopping, etc. If you prefer, you can ride a bike to town or grab a taxi for approximately US$8. There are excursions offered that could take you boating, fishing, zip lining, turtle and whale watching and horseback riding.

If you prefer to arrive with a car, we offer your own reserved parking space. Getting to San Juan del Sur is a 2-2.5 hour drive from the airport in Managua or 30 minutes from the boarder of Costa Rica. Car rentals are available or let us know so we can arrange transportation for you. Many travel agencies in San Juan del Sur can provide arrangements. No car is necessary to enjoy all the amenities, the beach and town has to offer.

All three buildings have stairs and elevators. This apartment is in the fourth floor of the building Caracol.

The Master bedroom with in-suite bathroom comes with a Queen Size bed, wardrobe closet, a beautiful wooden drawers and nightstands with reading lights on it. Opening the windows will allow you to hear the relaxing sound of the surf as you doze to sleep. The bathroom attached has lots of storage and comes with a hairdryer. The second bedroom has one Queen Size bed and one Twin bed and closet. The bathroom also is quite large and offers lots of space to spread out. Both bathrooms have nice size tiled showers with contemporary rain showerheads. Al rooms have ceiling fans and AC.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, coffee table, cable TV, Internet and a good amount of books. You can sit in the living room, with the patio door open and listen to the sounds of the surf and the excitement of the parrots.

The balcony with patio furniture is the spot to enjoy coffee in the morning while watching all the “out and about” at the port: Fishing boats, Cruise ships arriving and leaving, the beauty and sound of the sea and the scenery of the mountains beyond the bay. That is better than any show on TV!
The kitchen includes a full refrigerator, cook top, oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave, plenty eating and cooking utensils and everything you would need to cook full meals (including the fish you may will catch). We also offer a cook for a reasonable price per day, if you wish to have someone wait on you. The breakfast bar seats four, where you can overlook your chef making dinner.

On the rooftop of the building is a Jacuzzi with a view that cannot be beat. Take your wine up to the roof at the end of the day and watch the lights turn on in town.

The clubhouse offers BBQ, patio lounges, an infinity swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and an Ice machine. You will have direct access to the beach from one of the gated areas.

The complex has 24/7 operated security and surveillance cameras throughout the gated community. Additional Housekeeping can be arranged for 10 US$/ cleaning.

You will not find a rental in SJDS that offers all those amenities! “Condominio La Talanguera” is a unique complex in SJDS, actually the ONLY Beachfront property with all high-end facilities and just steps from the beach, located in the north part of town just below the Jesus of Mercy statue.
