It is only 2 km from town and 4 to the next surf beaches north.The kitchen- living- dining area is very funtional and has all you need.

It is located only 2 km from the center of San Juan del Sur with all the little shops and restaurants and 1 to 4 km to the next beaches like Nacascolo, Marsella, Maderas and Majagual.
