We love living here. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, take a dip in the pool only steps away from your door. Observe the small Motmot’s (Los Guarda Barrancos) – the National Bird of Nicaragua, Hummingbirds and listen to the Howler Monkeys.

This apartment is one of a four unit home, this is on the bottom floor looking over the pool to the hills. It has a comfortable Queen bed and one full bed. The two bathrooms have both nice size showers with hot water. Each of the room has a small kitchen area, TV and Internet and sitting areas. The kitchen- living- dining area is very funtional and has all you need.

All units share the ouddoor space, washing machine and the parking space. It is located only 2 km from the center of San Juan del Sur with all the little shops and restaurants and 1 to 4 km to the next beaches like Nacascolo, Marsella, Maderas and Majagual.
