Luxury Condo on Beach

This apartment is located in Condominiums La Talanguera, a very exclusive Beachfront Property in San Juan del Sur. It is a corner unit on the 4th floor with a magnificent view of the ocean, leisurely 15- 20 minute walk to town along the beach to amazing (and inexpensive) restaurants, surf shops, yoga, bars, rentals of cars, dune buggies, motor bikes, horses, shopping, etc. If you prefer, you can ride a bicycle to town or grab a taxi for approximately US$6. There are excursions offered that could take you boating, fishing, zip lining, turtle and whale watching tours and horseback riding.

The balcony with patio furniture is where we often have our coffee in the morning while we reflect on the beauty of the sea and the scenery of the mountains beyond the bay. Some mornings offer views of cruise ships arriving into port. Peacefulness does not describe the feeling of sitting on our patio whether for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening enjoying the view and the sound of the surf.
The Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe closet and drawers with reading lights on the nightstands has an in-suite bathroom. Opening the windows will allow you to hear the relaxing sound of the surf as you doze to sleep. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with a closet and chest of drawers. The bathroom also is quite large and offers lots of space to spread out. Both bathrooms offer very nice size showers with contemporary rain showerheads.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, coffee table, cable TV, Wifi Internet and DVD player and ceiling fans. You can sit in the living room, with the patio door open and listen to the gentle sounds of the surf and the chirping of parrots.

If you prefer to arrive with a car, your own reserved parking space is marked with the number of the apartment. Getting to San Juan del Sur: 2-2.5 hour drive from the airport in Managua or 30 minutes from the boarder of Costa Rica. Car rentals are available or let us know so we can arrange to have a passenger van and driver transport you. Many travel agencies in San Juan del Sur can provide arrangements. No car is necessary to enjoy all the amenities, the beach and town has to offer.

Our apartment offers a full kitchen including full refrigerator, cook top, oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave, eating and cooking utensils and everything you would need to cook full meals (including the fish you may want to go out and catch).Please review our Food Humper service. A cook for approximately $20 a day is available if you wish to have someone wait on you. The breakfast bar seats four where you can overlook your chef making dinner.

Additional Housekeeping can be arranged for 10 US$/ cleaning.

On the rooftop of our building is a terrace with a view that cannot be beat. Enjoy the Jacuzzi. Take your wine up to the roof at the end of the day and watch the lights turn on in town.

The Clubhouse offers BBQ’s, patio lounges, an infinity swimming pool and a Jacuzzi/spa. You will have direct access to the beach from one of the gated areas to walk into town, swim in the ocean, or gather shells. You can have as much or as little privacy as you want. While many of the guests are Nicaraguans, many are also foreigners. We have visitors from the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. Most of the business owners in town speak and understand English so there is little chance of any communication problems. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with optional excursions, this is the perfect location.

As we are on the fourth floor, we offer both: stairs and an elevator for your convenience.
Our condominium has 24/7 operated security and surveillance cameras throughout the gated community.
